Applicants for this study program should have completed an undergraduate degree in Linguistics, Philology, or other complementary disciplines.
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in linguistics, philology or complementary field and a minimum grade point average of 4.0.
The applicant should provide academic recognition of foreign higher education qualifications before sending the application documentation.

- Transcript of all courses the applicant has taken during the study program (grades and credits included) (academic recognition provided by the University of Zagreb)

- The email should be addressed to the Council of the Doctoral Program in Linguistics
Upon collecting the documentation from all the candidates who have applied for the Doctoral Program in Linguistics, an initial ranking list of candidates is compiled on the basis of their grade point average. The candidates who have met the admission criteria are invited for a motivational interview, which takes place after the Admissions Committee has read the candidates’ extended research summaries and motivational letters.
